Move in / Out Request Form
For faster service, please review the Moving Policy located in the Documents section of this website and complete this form with as many details as possible.

Once the documents are reviewed and the eForm is complete, please submit your Move In/Out, non-refundable check for $500, made out to 'Rhapsody Condominium' which covers both, your move in, as well as your move out, along with the $250 refundable damages deposit to the Management office as soon as possible, (this also applies to roommates who move in at separate times and deliveries over 15 minutes). Once your move is complete, and the office will complete a walk-through of the move route. If after your move, no damages are reported, your check will be shredded. If the Association finds you to be responsible for any damages along the route your deposit will be submitted to the bank and an investigation will be held along with requests for estimates of the repairs. All will be presented to the Board. All repairs will be taken from your deposit, if there are any funds left over they will be returned to you in the form of a check, mailed from CFM Mgt. on the 1st or 15th of the Month. If the damages exceed the deposit amount your account will be charged and a copy of the invoice mailed to you.

This form will hold your move in/out date, however, no request will be processed, or a date guaranteed without payment. For rentals, a lease will be required before
a date is guaranteed.
